Course Objective

This course aims to introduce solid state devices that signify modern technologies and microelectronics industries. These technologies are generally drawn from the physics of semiconductor and magnetism.

Learning Outcomes

The students will understand the fundamental principles of solid state devices, especially semiconductor and spintronics devices. The students will learn the main functionality and applications of the devices; and they will also be able to use these devices correctly in real experiments.
